Two Harrogate hotels in Yorkshire's 'best of' list for White Rose Awards

Dubbed the most prestigious hospitality awards in the county, the White Rose Awards, hosted by Welcome to Yorkshire, celebrate the best of the industry. The awards host 18 categories, including Large Hotel of the Year which aims to recognise full-service hotels providing truly memorable guest experiences and demonstrating excellence across every aspect of the business. The Yorkshire Hotel in the centre of Harrogate, has been owned by the HRH group for two years and has recently received a refurbishment. The hotel is opening its new look bar and restaurant, Scran on Yorkshire Day this Saturday in a nod to the hotels heritage. The Yorkshire has also seen its customer feedback hit new heights moving an impressive 18 places up the TripAdvisor rankings. The HRH group's second finalist property is The White Hart Hotel which has recently been looking after the NHS and key workers in the hotel during lockdown. The team also received a letter of thanks from Steve Russell, NHS Nightingale Hospital’s Chief Executive, thanking them for their hard work. The winners of the awards will be announced at the end of August with the exact date and location still to be confirmed.
